Currently, Exco Ventures is using Ruby and Python as its primary scripting languages for implementing Web-based solutions. We utilize both the Rails and Merb frameworks in our solutions (both are built using Ruby) and usually couple it with the postgreSQL open-source database. We will also incorporate various Javascript frameworks depending on what your solution requires and which one is best suited, whether it may be jQuery, Script.aculo.us, or one of the other frameworks available. And of course (we should not even have to say this), we comply with the W3C web standards! We will also incorporate new refined technologies that have been refined into solving your problems where seen fit, such as CouchDB, which is a document-oriented database.
